Special Session to Deal with Redistricting
The Oklahoma State Legislature will be in Special Session during the week of November 15 to address the Constitutional issue of redistricting. The “anti-vaxxers” are demanding the Special Session agenda be expanded to include legislation that prohibits business owners from requiring COVID vaccinations for their employees. OSMA has policy in opposition to that position and, as part of an overarching campaign to support the House of Medicine and Science, has developed a significant media campaign in support of a business owner’s right to establish such a requirement. A recent survey of Oklahoma voters agree with OSMA’s position and our media campaign firmly solidifies that message. Here are links our
TV Commercial
,
radio spot
, and our Sunday
newspaper ad
which appeared in several papers across the state including The Sunday Oklahoman and the Tulsa World.
