1. Become a voting delegate - You must be present to vote at the in-person meeting.
If you are interested in becoming a voting delegate, register for the House of Delegates. Delegate slots are limited, and you must be confirmed by your component society: Oklahoma County Medical Society (OCMS), Tulsa County Medical Society (TCMS) or the Rural Physician Section (RPS).

2. Write a resolution
Help shape OSMA policy by writing a resolution for the House of Delegates. A resolution is a written proposal that seeks to address an issue or concern affecting the organization or those it represents and is subject to approval at the House of Delegates.

Deadlines to submit resolution:
•    Regular: March 14, on time and presented before the House of Delegates.
•    Late: April 5, requires a simple majority vote of the Board of Trustees to be presented to the House of Delegates for consideration.
•    Emergency: April 6-13, requires a simple majority vote of the House of Delegates to be considered.
