Medicine Day for 2009 is tentatively set for February 18 at the Oklahoma History Center
OSMA’s 2008 Medicine Day was a great success. The Medicine Day activities kicked off with major donors attending the OMPAC Major Donor Luncheon with special guests Senator Susan Paddack, Representative Dr. Doug Cox and OSMA Lobbyists Pat Hall and Jim Dunlap. Following the luncheon, doctors flooded the Capitol, wearing their white coats, to stress OSMA’s important legislative issues-lawsuit reform, scope of practice and Medicaid reform. The day concluded with a Legislative Reception where doctors were able to mingle with their legislators and the legislative assistants. Thank you to all who participate in a great day!
