The Journal's mission is to promote the science and art of medicine in Oklahoma. It is published monthly, with each year's index included in the November/December issue. Its circulation of 5,000 reaches about 90% of the medical doctors in Oklahoma, as well as several hundred medical organizations nationwide via exchange. Through medical library subscriptions, the Journal can be found in medical libraries all over the world.
