Determine E mail addresses for potential members to send newsletters online.

Learn the history of past Alliance now defunct and why.  Write report to President.

Contact at least two key potential members who would like to start a new Alliance in their county or to reform a defunct Alliance.  A minimum of five is needed to start an Alliance.  Submit report to Membership Chairman.

Help set up at least one meeting in a potential county to assist in structuring a viable Alliance.

Encourage potential members to attend all State Board Meetings.

Write an article for the Sooner Heartbeat Magazine.  Submit to Editor, Marty Laughlin, mlaughlin@swbell.net

Provide a written report of New Alliance activity to the OSMAA Fall meeting.
